ACCOMMODATION FOR NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
2026/2027 academic year
ALLOCATION OF A RESIDENCE HALL PLACE

Once you have received your admission letter from the University of Salamanca, you must apply for accommodation by emailing internacional.cmo@usal.es and providing the following information:
- Full name.
- Home university.
- Length of stay (Semester 1, Semester 2, or full academic year).
- Preferred room type (single or shared room).
A room will then be assigned to you, and you will be given a deadline to complete the remaining steps of the application process.
CONFIRMATION OF PLACE

You must definitively confirm your place within the period indicated in the admission notification by transferring a €700 deposit to the Residence Hall’s bank account.

When making the deposit, the student’s FULL NAME must appear in the “REFERENCE” field.
If the deposit is not received within the specified period, it will be understood that the assigned place has been declined.
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the accommodation contract and the Residence Hall regulations for the entire duration of the stay..
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTATION

Within the same deadline established for payment of the deposit, the required documentation to confirm your place must be sent by email to internacional.cmo@usal.es
All documentation must be sent in PDF format. All documents are mandatory except the one regarding intolerances..

- Passport or equivalent identity document.
- Copy of enrollment at the University of Salamanca or a letter of admission accompanied by a sworn statement committing to complete enrollment at the University of Salamanca.
- Accommodation and board contract duly completed and signed..
- Receipt of deposit payment.
- Copy of a valid identification document in Spain (id card, NIE, or passport).
- Medical certificate confirming any allergy or food intolerance (only if applicable).
